Barabino & Partners Usa LLC, our American branch celebrates its 10th anniversary.
In 2011 we launched our overseas adventure with a specific goal: to communicate the values and beauty of the Made in Italy by supporting Italian companies in their internationalization processes in the United States.
We started by taking up the challenge of carving out our space in a very multifaceted, large, and competitive market. We shared the challenge with over 150 companies that we supported in these ten years of activity. Thanks to their trust, we had the opportunity to talk about the excellence of food, dispel some clichés, and reveal the value of Italian companies on Wall Street.
We were guided by the distinctive multicultural approach of all the foreign branches of the Barabino & Partners Group, which allowed us to successfully design and manage integrated online and offline communication projects. We put together PR and social media management activities, influencer marketing and creative storytelling, particularly in the food & beverage, agri-food, catering and design sectors.
We have refined our ability to find the most effective perspectives to enhance the Italian spirit, in understanding and respecting the sensibilities of a multifaceted city like New York and a country rich in diversity like the United States. Aware of the importance of relationships when entering a new ecosystem, we have established a fruitful dialogue with US and Italian-American institutions, also putting our professionalism at the service.
But the real achievement was not landing ten years ago, but growing in a large, demanding and highly competitive arena. Since its foundation, we have been committed to a significant development path in the “most stimulating country in the world”, as the Group’s founder and CEO Luca Barabino defined the USA. The acceleration of the business in the last 4 years has led Barabino & Partners USA, guided by CEO Marco Lastrico, to double its turnover and forecast a closure of 2021 with the best results ever.
We have become a point of reference for the Italian economic community in the United States with a distinctive positioning. We are very proud that Barabino & Partners has been nominated among the finalists of the prestigious Platinum PR Awards 2021, organized by PR News, for the “Boutique Agency of the year” category.
Today we look at the future with renewed optimism and from a new perspective: the new offices on the 30th floor of 1 Rockefeller Plaza.
We celebrate this anniversary with a new “home” in Rockefeller Center, the very set of the New York spirit that stages everything from business to concerts, without forgetting the iconic Christmas tree and the ice-skating rink where Richard Gere watched Winona Ryder skate in “Autumn in New York”.
Thus, from our headquarters in New York, we observe the pulsating recovery of the American economy and the “capital of the world” which, in the aftermath of the pandemic, finds all its liveliness. We are ready to take on the challenges of a season full of opportunities for Italian companies in the United States. In fact, as Marco Lastrico said: “there is one certainty: New York is and has once again become the center of international business, as well as a city of great multicultural attraction”.
