Barabino & Partners makes its way into France and doubling the presence in Germany

Barabino & Partners reaches a new important milestone, as a result of its constant commitment, strong awareness and long-standing ability to interpret market opportunities.

With the full acquisition of B2P Communications Consulting GmbH, a French-German company specializing in strategic communication and media relations, Barabino & Partners keeps expanding, entering the French market and strengthening its position in Germany. Founded in 2013 by Bénédicte de Peretti, with three offices in Paris, Berlin and Munich, B2P Communications registers  an annual revenue of about € 2.5 million and currently employs 20 professionals speaking multiple languages, including French, German, English, Spanish and Italian.

The B&P team has grown, now counting 130 communication professionals distributed in 8 offices across Italy, France, Germany, the UK and the USA.

This is a highly significant transaction from a strategic point of view,  as it reveals the increasingly competitive positioning of B&P in the key European markets while also being the highest expression of the multicultural approach that has always distinguished the Barabino & Partners Group. Thirteen years after the opening of Barabino & P. Deutschland GmbH and ten from the overseas expansion with Barabino & Partners USA LLC, the Barabino & Partners Group reconfirms itself as a solid entrepreneurial player at the international level, while maintaining a  distinct corporate and development culture, different from the logic of multinational networks.

“First I want to thank Bénédicte de Peretti and Federico Steiner who imagined and courageously carried out this business combination despite the uncertainty caused by Coronavirus pandemic. I am happy to welcome the new colleagues from B2P GmbH to the Barabino & Partners Group. Thanks also to Laura and our German team who shared and supported this operation; but mostly, I want to thank all of you. If we have once again distinguished ourselves, we owe it to our professional and human skills, including our sense of belonging and sharing”, these are the words of the Founder and CEO Luca Barabino in celebration of the agreement.

The news was covered by the national press: La Repubblica, Il Sole 24 Ore and Corriere della Sera – and the international press –  such as the well-known German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and the famous French Le Figaro.
