Late last September, we celebrated the massively successful opening of Venchi’s new flagship store in the heart of London, Piccadilly. The world-famous Italian company, founded in 1878 in Turin by Silvano Venchi and purveyor of the finest chocolate and gelato flavours, celebrated in great style the opening of its ninth store in London in the iconic Piccadilly with a sold-out cocktail party.
It was an extraordinary occasion for Venchi, as highlighted in the welcome speech delivered by its CEO Daniele Ferrero to over 150 guests. The company is continuing its international development plan at full speed; today, Venchi is present in 70 countries, with over 150 “Chocogelaterie” shops in the main world capitals, from New York to Shanghai, from Dubai to Tokyo, from London to Hong
Kong, not only symbolising the Made in Italy, but providing a holistic “like in Italy” experience.
The new store, curated in every detail by Giovanni Battista Mantelli, the creative mind of the company, welcomed a vast crowd of chocolate lovers, including business people, influencers, institutional figures, and socialites under the lead of Cécile Osti, the brand’s head of marketing.
The Barabino & Partners UK team assisted Venchi in organising and elevating this event through a bespoke all-round consultancy project: from the overall project coordination, to event planning, organisation and management, and the media and influencer relations to launch the new address.
